Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Double Commander.
2. Open some directory.
3. Request occupied space calculation (Commands - Show Occupied Space or 
<Alt+Shift+Return>).
4. Wait occupied space calculation to be completed.
5. Click on Size column (or <Ctrl+F6>).

Expected results:
doublecmd is able to sort directroies and files (their sizes are known after 
'Show Occupied Space').

Actual results:
doublecmd is not able to sort directroies and files after 'Show Occupied Space' 
operation.

Notes:
1. Problem were discussed previously on the forum:

2. This functionality is essential, every file manager has it.
3. Latest version 0.7.8-0+svn7400~xenial from OBS or PPA has this bug too.
