because what I am testing is a juju charm bundle to deploy openstack.
And the charm fails with:

@Manoj, the build on the PPA was created for artful testing, and copied into
xenial series.
I will rebuild the xenial version with the patch applied on top for you to test
it.
I will let you know once this is ready.

libevent-2.1-6. Is there a way to remove that dependency?
