package network-manager-config-connectivity-ubuntu 1.8.4-1ubuntu3 failed to
install/upgrade: installed network-manager-config-connectivity-ubuntu
I got same error while running 'apt-get install ubuntu-desktop'
Ran following command then fired install command. It worked
systemctl start NetworkManager

- Ensure DNS is working
- Try to execute command in "sudo bash" shell
