seems crazy to install the full python2 stack to just get docker-
compose. As a workaround I installed python3-pip and installed docker-
compose through pip.

So that the people using the Docker website instructions and repository
also don't need to pull down python2 as a dependency.
The no python2 by default effort for 16.04 seems to have lost most of
