Was able to solve this by remaster the iso's installing resolvconf and
ifupdown.
Then i could preseed a /etc/network/interfaces and have dns.
d-i preseed/early_command string echo -e "iface `ip -o -4 r s to default |
grep ^default | awk '{print $5}'` inet dhcp\nallow-hotplug `ip -o -4 r s
If I load a preseed file with url= kernel parameter, even an empty one,
ubiquity creates two network interfaces.
If i do not load a preseed file in kernel options, network is ok.

During installation I can disable networking in the top bar, and than re-enable
network. This way the installation goes well.
Can this be done in the preseed file?

If I disable the enp2so interface during install, the installation goes well.
How to prevent the creation of the enp2so interface? In preseed's early_command?
