* Backport of 0.13.3-1 to fix django-tastypie's incompatability with django
version 1.8 which is the only one available in Ubuntu 16.04.

Hello Brian, or anyone else affected,
Accepted django-tastypie into xenial-proposed. The package will build
now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/django-
tastypie/0.13.3-1~16.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new
