I first intented to report this directly to debian, but it doesn't ftbfs
in debian, even without this dep ! So I reported it here. Do you think
it's worth forwarding ?

I uploaded some packages which FTBFS and reported back changes to Debian. Many
of them have been fixed.
Since Debian is not affected due to buildd implementation, I think it is worth
for maintainers to add build-deps explicitly, since things can change and FTBFS
may arise.

Since libcurl4-dev is a virtual package, mind replacing it with libcurl4

Done, libcurl-dev doesn't exist, so i just put libcurl4-gnutls-dev, it
builds.
