March, 1.3.14 (1.4 beta) will be released on January 12. More detailed

First, please report bugs under the affected package, so bug contacts
get a change to view it.
Second, 1.3.x is unstable, and so, we won't get it in. If 1.4.x is
released at time we will get it in, but not 1.3.x.
