I'm not sure if this is the correct package on which to report this
problem. Everything fine (took a few seconds) on switching users until a
couple of days ago. Now it takes approx 30 econds to do so with lots of
flashing on screen. Also, when user goes away from PC for a while and
Ubuntu suspends, it displays login screen with Password box replaced by
"Switch to Greeter". Thus, no obvious way to enter password. Clicking on
"Switch to Greeter" gives (after a delay) login screen with password
box.
