Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

In gnome-system-monitor under resources there is the network-cronicals. 
The y-scale of the graph shows 0% - 100%. This percentage value relates to the 
highest amount reached in the actual session. There is no way to show absolute 
amounts. 
So you have to compare the value displayed under the graph with its highest 
peak to evaluate your top download- or uploadrate.
