Well using nvidia proprietary driver is solving for me (nothing changed in gdm3 custum.conf). I switched to the nouveau driver when, a couple on month ago, nvidia driver stop working with the new linux kernel version. But it seems they have some other issue at now (i just filed a new bug report :D
