Public bug reported:
The new ukwm fix a bug when ukui-window-manager doesn't exist, and
change some gsettings's value.
The changelog:
* Recycle the exit subprocesses when ukui-window-switch
does not exist.
* Update the desktop file and some gsettings value.
It has been test and hold in the PPA:
