Hello Dylan, or anyone else affected, Accepted ubuntu-gnome-default-settings into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /ubuntu-gnome-default-settings/18.04.0 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
