Public bug reported:
Running Ubuntu 8.04 I installed the kde4 packages.
After choosing KDE4 in GDM login screen the normal startup (loading screen)
appears, then a window (probably the welcome screen) appears.
The hole screen is white, i just the the border of the window but it looks
funktional.
The "start" menu apears(again just the Borders)
