Ok thanks, I disabled system monitor extension through Tweaks and it
seems to be stable now.
I'm installing "nvidia-driver-390" too, thanks.
I tried to upload my 312 MB crash file via ubuntu-bug but it never
completed (even with a very fast internet connection).

gnome-shell crashed in libgtop-2.0.so.11, which means that bug is in an
extension you have installed. Likely one of the "system monitor"
extensions caused that crash:
