Public bug reported: I found an error in documentation. I clicked the "file a bug" link. It takes me here, requires me to log in, shows me a bunch of irrelevant rubbish, and generally makes reporting the bug a huge hassle. Raising the barrier to reporting bugs makes developers' lives easier, but leads to an inferior product.
Expected behaviour: allow me to file a bug against a page of the documentation. Observed behaviour: here I am. Aside from the hassle, I don't think that this report is even going to tell you what page I'm reporting a bug against, is it? If it does, I'll tell you the bug :) Suggested fix: make it straightforward to file bugs against documentation. ** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1781415 Title: Reporting bugs against documentation is annoying.
