Just tried the kernel. Ethernet (r8169) and USB ethernet (r8152) are not shown
in ifconfig. With ubuntu kernel, ethernet at least shows up there and USB
ethernet is functional.
wifi is functional in both ubuntu and khfeng kernel.

When using ethernet (Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 using built-in r8169
driver v2.3LK-NAPI), dhclient stuck at DHCPDISCOVER. When using static
IP, nm shows it's connected, but I can't ping anywhere.
This issue only shows up in 4.15.0-29.31. I tried the following

(i.e. 4.15.0-23 and 4.15.0-20). No issue on latest upstream kernel
4.18.0-041800rc7. No issue on 4.16.0-041600.

prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
