Failed again. I submitted another bug report
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-
upgrader/+bug/1791208. I describe what I have done. I couldn't install
winehq-stable on ubuntu 16.04, and I wanna upgrade to 18.04 on which
maybe I can use winehq. Any help will be appreciated.
You'll want to use the tool ppa-purge from the package ppa-purge to
remove the PPA you have enabled which provides the Xorg packages.

Title:
Thank you, Lallement. Although I have used ubuntu for almost two years,
I have few skills with it. I understand your advice in such a way: first
I removed Xorg in the terminal. Then I selected the official supported
repository, and installed Xorg again. Finally I reboot the laptop, and
upgrade
Thanks for your report.
Xorg packages you installed from a PPA are blocking the upgrade. Please
revert to version from an official Ubuntu repository and try the upgrade
again.
