I mean the kernel is bootable is you install 0.131ubuntu15 and
regenerate the initramfs. They have a later version now, hopefully it
fixes the issues as well.

Hi Kai-Chuang Yan,
I have the same problem when I want to change the system's kernel
version.
After compiling the Kernel 4.20, I update-grub and reboot. However, it
says: "Loading initial ramdisk... Error: Out of memory".
What did you mean that this bug is fixed in the 0.131ubuntu15?
