Hi, Those logs look "too good" to me. In particular, the second log should contain the same errors as your originl report, but does not. Can you verify you are actually using Ubuntu's ffmpeg? Run this: which ffmpeg It should print '/usr/bin/ffmpeg'. If not, delete the file it prints and try
