Using Queens on Xenial. We updated the packages to the current
versions:

Using the Ubuntu theme results in a page full of garbage, missing css.
The browser reports the following in consoles:
The requested URL /static/dashboard/css/6e9a9fafb1ba.css was not found
on this server.
If I use other themes, it seems OK, just this one.
