Public bug reported:

When the laptop is connected to a secondary monitor with high resolution
the whole icons/menu fonts of texmaker is messed up [appear bigger].

When I move texmaker from the primary monitor to secondary monitor this happens.
Screenshots attached. It shows the laptop screen on the right and secondary 
monitor on the left.
