Hi Whit, Thanks for filing this bug. The OpenStack and ConfigDrive data sources aren't the same, but they are closely related; OpenStack uses the OpenStack network metadata source to fetch configuration whereas ConfigDrive uses a locally-mounted drive to fetch configuration. Could you run `cloud
