In the first source package uploaded there were missing intltool files. It's
fixed now, you just have to download the source package again from
http://debcreator.cmsoft.net/files/0.3.9.4/debcreator-0.3.9.4.tar.gz
PS: you should contact the author of the amd64 binary package if you
have problems
This is not a intltool bug but missing files in debcreator package

I tried to install on a gutsy 64amd and received no errors (sudo apt-get
install intltool)

I get that error when I try to compile the program Debcreator.
I accidentally added that it affects Ubuntu as well, but I could not
figure out how to remove it.
