** Description changed:

  After a clean install of 18.10, ubuntu-restricted-extras(which depends
  on this pkg) and libdvd-pkg, I am unable to play an encrypted DVD movie.

  I assumed that all needed packages would be installed at this point, but
  I came to find out that "gstreamer*-plugins-bad" was listed as
  "un"(uninstalled):

  $ dpkg -l gstreamer*

  un  gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad:amd64     1.14.4-1ubuntu1        amd64
  GStreamer plugins from the "bad" set

- Upon installation, DVD's began playing in the default "Videos"(Totem)
- player.
+ After installation of gstreamer*plugins-bad, DVD's began playing in the
+ default "Videos"(Totem) player.

  Please add the "gstreamer*-plugins-bad" as a depends to the ubuntu-
  restricted-addons pkg.

  Thank you!
