I have uploaded the 3.7.3 packages to

I installed mumble with 3.7.3 and didn't find any issue (but I'm not
mumble expert, just did a default install).
I also check that mumble source build works with the new zeroc-ice 3.7.3
packages

I'm marking this as won't-fix for cosmic, since it's EOL.
The bionic diff shows there are some binary diffs that it doesn't capture (e.g.
in PNG files, etc). It's easier (for me, at least) to pull it from a PPA where
you have it built; can I use the pack

I have updated the description to include the changes to debian files, I
have also limited the changes to debian files to the minimum and get rid
of a few things that are not required for the SRU:
