Same here. Upgraded to 19.04 and now KOranizer Daemon crashes upon login
and on any attempt to restart or run manually. Apport for some reason
won't let me submit a bug (grayed out). Terminal output is as follows:

The problem occurred on all my computers right after the upgrade to
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
