Accepted yaru-theme into disco-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/yaru-theme/19.04.3
in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See

I checked the commits and found that toggle switches had some changes in
3.32.1 - yaru needs to be rebased to get these working again.

3.32.1 is also in disco-proposed so it would be good to also test if the
problem exist there/is really with gnome-shell
