1. Run installer
2. On 'Help & Support' slide, click the link 'Official Documentation online'
and it will go to the 18.04 docs - https://docs.xubuntu.org/1804/ - rather than
the latest 19.04 as there are no docs for 19.10 yet
Tested on Xubuntu 19.10 daily 06-23
