I apt-installed apt-mirror on my 19.10 (eoan) system, and `sudo vim
/etc/apt/mirror.list` does see the following lines :-
17 deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful main restricted universe
multiverse
18 deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful-security main restricted
universe
This is also the same in the Cosmic, Disco and Eoan builds.
It's that CODENAME is defined wrongly in debian/rules - could it be that
builds got copied directly from Artful instead of being rebuilt for each
target dist?
