For reference: the kernel in RHEL8.4 does not have any of the `CONFIG_EISA_*` options; Fedora 36 does not set them (https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/blob/os- build/redhat/configs/ark/generic/CONFIG_EISA). In general `CONFIG_HAVE_EISA`/`CONFIG_EISA` and all related options should be set
