fair enough - but my update is that it became 100% consistent. As in every
time I booted I got the issue.
Also, that it's now in 5.0xxx

In the future, please report bugs against the package using "ubuntu-bug
{packagename}" in the command line. Filing bugs against Ubuntu Studio as
a whole is invalid.
