@Kai-Heng Feng, I've tested v5.3-rc2 and v5.3-rc4 today. v5.3-rc4 seems to be working fine and v5.3-rc2 has same issues as latest kernels from repo. Actual behavior of problematic kernels -- interface is actually working on cold boot, but turns to be unable to detect a link after a several
