whenever using the function:
The attachment "cpuinfo_0.0~git20190201.d5e37ad-1ubuntu1.debdiff" seems
to be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the
bug report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff.
If the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the
attachment,
PPA containing clickhouse build (LP: #1840511) and cpuinfo with this
fix:

I'm changing CPUINFO_LOG_LEVEL from warning to error only to mitigate
this issue. Unfortunately this is the best way to address:

Right now, allowing clickhouse build to succeed and unblocking MySQL 8
upgrade.
