With the introduction of utilization clamps interface on
sched_[sg]etattr, sched_getattr will fail when used with the previous
smaller struct sched_attr. And instead of using E2BIG as documented, it
also ends up using EFBIG instead.

The interface change currently breaks userspace on 5.3 kernel.
