A HOWTO is linked to on the main page for WebKitGTK on the WebKit wiki:

JSC API coverage though.
Regardless, I'm not sure why WebKitGTK gets a free pass wrt its tests
and Geary doesn't. Not that I'm saying that Geary's tests
Bugs upstream have been filed for the FTB on both platforms
(https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/issues/510 and
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/issues/512), however they are
pending information. As I mention in one of those:

I see that a newer version has been synced to eoan-proposed but looks
like it failed to build on some architectures

the requested version but it seems a lot newer.
I've subscribed the Ubuntu archive admins to take a look at
