2.6.2 (7841-ga10625be3-0ubuntu1~18.04.1) from the 2.6 ppa on 18.04
unfortunately. Are you able to update to 2.6.2 and see if the issue is
still present?

This is the regiond.log around the time of a login attempt. There are
also some remainders from coming up after a reboot which I did to be in
a cleaned up state. Something which may or may not be wrong going on
there.
