Yes. I typed "bluetoothctl", then used "devices" to list the available
devices and then "connect ".
Connection doesn't work :
- automatically, when I switch on the headphones
- when I try to force connection using the toggle in the UI

Thanks, so from your description the problem is with gnome-control-
center since connecting using bluetoothctl worked when the UI didn't,
right? What command did you use in the bluetoothctl command line, just
connect DEVICEID?

I'm adding system.journal and user-1000.journal to this bug report.
Today (November 25th) at :
- 20:47 : I switched the headphones on... which didn't connect
- 20:48 : I tried to connect manually using UI (but the switch/toggle
immediately came back to "off")
- 20:49-50 : I used bluetoothctl,

Thank you for your bug report. Once it refuses to work, can you try to connect
to the headphones using bluetoothctl, what error does it give? (assuming that
you normally try from the Desktop UI?)
Could you also add your journal log after a failed connect try and indicate the
time where you
