No problem, but there is some good news... The above bug reports about
flickering seem to have stopped after Ubuntu 18.04. This suggests 19.10
might not have the bug. Or it might just be because there are

I'm not sure why this tagged as duplicate. In my case, the screen starts
flickering starts during boot up, and it doesn't even go to the login screen.
