Well, Well after a lot of search and using different forum it seams that the
problem is specific to some packard bell series SB85/86/87 a bad ACPI coding in
BIOS i hope i'll have a real suport from PB for this laptop.
You can close this bug.

kacpid using lot of cpu on packard bell SB87
I tried hardy Alpha 3 (alternate as i couldn't install in graphical mode) with
all updates (date 26/01/08) same issue .. kacpid after a while is taking
arround 50% of cpu time.
Only a reboot is necessary to go back in a normal state.
