It appears your packaging configuration is confused. You have one package from bionic-proposed (1:11.1-1ubuntu7.5) and are trying to install another from bionic-updates (1:11.1-1ubuntu7.4) I wonder if that's something we did wrong. Did we revert the newer version from updates to proposed? L
