By the way, I've fixed this by deleting the window behavior config of dolphin
(systemSettings-window behavior).
And now remembers the size of the window.

I solved this problem by creating a simple rule in the Windows
Behaviour, under System settings. I simply set, for any type of normal
window, to remeber the size. It works well, but I think this should be
the standard behaviour. Maybe it's possible to put a similar rule in the
standard kde default
Actually a kdelibs problem. This affects any KDE app that uses a
KXmlGuiWindow.
