Cannot launch virtual machine (KVM) on

+ Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
If I try to start a VM, for example with a command "virsh start win2", this
command never completes and the VM never starts.
Also I cannot normally reboot, because Virtualization Daemon seems frozen and
has very high timeout (several minutes).
