In that case, I'd suggest you check elsewhere. You might check permissions of your user-specific configuration stuff, like .kde and .kde4 and .kde4.1 if there is one, and .ICEauthority, .Xauthority, .DCOPserver*, etc. I don't think it's the same bug that you're describing. -- [Hardy] KDE4 logon
