Hi,
I stumbled on the same(?) error.
32 GB SDHC, Lenovo L480, Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
SD card newly bought for a simple device, so no manufacturer know. But it works
with a USB card reader.
Please find the log file attached.

@Potet, could you attach journal log when inserting that SD card?
$ journalctl --no-pager --since=now --follow --no-hostname | tee journal.log
( insert the SD card and press Ctrl+C when no further messages come out
)
Attach that journal.log then.
