That's usually a kernel or driver problem and yours is very old. You
will need to upgrade to a newer version of Ubuntu. That may fix your
problems, but it's also required to get any further support from us.

Thanks a lot Daniel! But I have one last thing to ask about - sorry for
this pressure - : when I make a suspend to my laptop and try to wake up
it again, the screen not get on and keep in black! So I forced make a

There is a stranger thing happen with me! Those removed parameters added
again when I am checking the GNU GRUB at the system starts to boot!
Even I removed them Permanently using this command:
sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
then:
sudo update-grub

Weirdly your kernel command line turned off hardware graphics support
for radeon and nouveau but actually seems to have turned off Intel
hardware graphics support. It's likely that removing some or all of
these from your kernel command line will fix it:
radeon.modeset=0 nouveau.modeset=0
