Indeed, it can be an issue with the Snap Store. Using an other computer with
Ubuntu 16.04 (no Snap), the Software Center displays the license right.

In the Ubuntu Software Center, the Startup Disk Creator summary shows
it's license as "Proprietary", when actually it is GNU GPL v3. The same
problem appears on both versions, GTK and QT.

- Package: usb-creator-gtk Version: 0.3.7
