Title:
The Debian bug preventing s390x build was just fixed and Debian released
updated package version 1:2020.1.3+dfsg-2 just including this fix.
Also, in groovy there are all the flightgear data packages, while the
binary package is missing and this may confuse users trying to install
it.

Title:
flightgear 2019.1 was removed because it didn't build with the new
openscenegraph (bug 1883713).
flightgear 2020.1 was then uploaded, which fixed this bug but FTBFS on
s390x (Debian https://bugs.debian.org/963201). Because of this, it is
held in -proposed
