Could you please try the latest bionic kernel from -proposed? The
version would be linux-generic 4.15.0.128.115.

It's not clear what was the previous most recent kernel that the machine
was running before the upgrade and reboot, however previous installed
kernel on the machines were:
2019
Jun 24 4.15.0-54
Jul 2 4.15.0-55
Aug 6 4.15.0-58
2020
Jun 23 4.15.0-109
Jul 9 4.15.0-112
Oct 21 4.15.0-123 -->
So it's a regression on 4.15.0-123? What was the last working version?
