Public bug reported:

I am using:

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
gnome-online-accounts 3.36.0-1ubuntu1

What I expected to happen

- I can upload a file from my google drive folder and send it via gmail
or discord with the correct filename

- I can open a file in a text editor, e.g. Atom or Text Editor, and I
see the correct filename at the top. The correct file extension is
present, so syntax highlighting happens automatically.

What happened instead

- If I try to upload a file from my google drive to send via discord or
gmail, its name is shown as a string of characters rather than the
filename I gave it. This is seen by the recipient, who may be confused
and perceive the file as untrustworthy.

- If I open a file in a text editor, again, the filename is replaced by
a string of characters. The extension is lost, meaning that there is no
syntax highlighting.

Filenames are in this format:

/run/user/1000/gvfs/google-
drive:host=gmail.com,user=<my_google_username>/1X5Mk7KFgoZwLYg7kIav01vmpuCCtHBiG/1nTYem85uKuaQ80uQWa3IFQvpcd4HQOnK/1U2or6nAMsTmYYNjnLrXiFQb02xjEfp5q/16HFBxCJPTF_sI_CmLCaBHrQeG7I1NtNB

I expect what I am seeing is how google stores the files 'under the
hood', but this is causing some issues on the outside.
